Delete your account
You can delete your Roxlogy account and records yourself in the app or website settings. Deletion cannot be undone.
Go to account deletion (sign-in required)How to delete
- Sign in at roxlogy.com or in the Roxlogy app.
- Go to Settings > Data & privacy > Delete account and tap “Delete account”.
- Review what is deleted and what remains, type the confirmation word and tap “Delete permanently”.
- Crew leaders and center owners must first hand the role over to another member (a crew or center with no other members is hidden).
Deleted immediately
- Your account (email and sign-in methods) and profile
- All workouts — sessions, splits, heart rate, machine raw data, runs, PFT, official race results, goals and program enrollments
- AI comments, your posts, comments and likes, follows, notifications and push subscriptions, AI connection tokens, consent records, photo-zone photos
- Crew and center memberships, upcoming meetup sign-ups and simulation bookings
Kept without your name
The following also belong to other members, so they remain under the name “Deleted member” with every profile detail removed: crew dues and bookkeeping records, past meetup attendance and poll votes, finished team race results, programs used by others, and crew or center races you ran.
Copies in database backups disappear automatically when the backup retention period ends.
If you cannot sign in
Email to be confirmed from the address you signed up with. We verify your identity and act within 10 days.
